Shipping Policy

At SabeeraStore, we strive to process and dispatch all orders within 2–4 business days of receiving them on our website.

We use PostEx COD as our primary courier service for deliveries across Pakistan.

Important Note

Please note that, in accordance with COD (Cash on Delivery) regulations in Pakistan, parcels cannot be opened before payment is made to the delivery personnel.

You may only inspect or return your order after full payment has been completed and the parcel has been received.

For returns or exchanges, please contact us after payment and return the item to us at your own shipping cost. Once we receive the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange as per our policy.

We kindly ask that you do not request the courier to open the parcel before payment, as this is not permitted under COD guidelines in Pakistan.
